Well, 2013 is coming to an end. The New Year is upon us, the perfect time to reflect on the past year and to make new plans to reach our goals in 2014.

So, it’s finals week. The week that makes you stress out beyond belief. Where you’re just buried in final homework, projects, group things, and tests. I devoted the ENTIRE weekend to homework, and I still have work to do. WOOF.

Back on track…

It’s that time of year again. The time when we let our eating habits slide and our waistbands get a little tighter. Yes, the holidays are a time to enjoy food, family, and a good flannel. It should also be a time to empower yourself, buckle down, and get that beach body you’ve always fanaticized about.

Woah. I just realized it’s been quite some time since I wrote my last Mondays with Mason post. I sincerely apologize for my absence. I’ve been M.I.A these past couple of weeks due to being stressed with school work, internship duties, and fininshing prep for my bodybuilding show.

Tips for clean eating.

What exactly is clean eating? Well the way I like to think about it is I am consuming things that are minimally processed, or whole foods. I find that if I eat good, I feel good. Who doesn’t want to feel good?!


Build that body!

Since I am now currently only FOUR weeks away from my first ever bodybuilding show and in the spirit of The Olympia taking place in Vegas this weekend, I wanted to give you ladies some insight into the different aspects of female bodybuilding. It’s about to get real.
