Jared Evans is a certified fitness trainer through the ISSA (the Internatial Sport Science Association). He has over 10 years of experience with a variety of martial art styles including Karate, Krav Maga, and MMA and holds a first degree black belt in Kenpo Trap Fighting. He is a veteran of the US Air Force where he was a PTL (Physical Training Leader) and continued his study of physical culture. He holds an Associates of Arts in multimedia design From UAT and is currently attending Ithaca College to earn his Bachelors of Science in Clinical Exercise Science, with plans to earn a Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology.
Jared has done several adventure/obstacle races including vino and the beast, the spartan sprint, and run for your lives. He has also competed in martial arts and has run his own business as a martial arts instructor. He has experience in many different bodyweight conditioning systems and to a lesser degree weight training/bodybuilding. He has specialized in methods that are conducive to training at home, with minimal or no equipment.
