My Workouts

Ever go to a site and their prescribed workout just doesn’t cut it for you?  Maybe it’s too easy; or even too hard? Perhaps it calls for a lot of equipment you just don’t have?  Here’s where I’ll share some of my workouts I’ve made that utilize a very minimalist approach to fitness equipment.  These workouts combine my “Home Workouts” and “Thrifty Workouts” sections and put both to good use.
